Thanksgiving!-

Here are a few of our thanksgiving pictures. It makes me sad to look at these pictures of Izybel because she doesn't look like a baby anymore....she looks like such a big girl.
Atleast we are more then half way done for baby number 2!! I swear pregnancy is the longest 9 months ever...I forgot how miserable and uncomftorable being pregnant really was...oh well, it's all worth it in the end though...right!?!....and we had a couple more U/S the past month and are now having a baby girl!! I couldn't be more excited for Izybel to have a baby sister, and plus girls are better. Cody was a little depressed but got over it, he's just going to have to deal with all us girls. We can't wait for this little one to get here.

Fall

I can't believe that Fall time is already here. It just seems like this year has flown by. It's crazy for me to think that I have a 2 year old now too. It makes me sad to think 2 years have already gone by and I feel like I just had her. Izybel had such a good Birthday, other then she had ear aches. We had family over and had a pizza party and cupcakes. And she was spoiled as always. Izybel is at such a fun age. It seems like she learns new things everyday. She is really good at talking and learns new things to say everyday. We have to be careful what we say around her too, because she's really quick at picking things up we've learned.
Other exciting things that have happened is that we're expecting another baby, and this one's a BOY! I'm a little nervous about having a boy, but Cody is thrilled! Izybel doesn't fully understand the concept of it...she thinks she has a baby in her belly too. It'll be a big adjustment having 2 kids, but I'm sure I'll love it. Now if March would just hurry up and get here already.

Summer Fun-

This summer we've beem up to alot. It seems like every single weekend we're gone doing something fun. I guess I'd rather be out in the sun then being cooped up in the hot house. At the end of June it was the BIg Talbot family reunion. We went there for a couple nights and camped. I'm not a big camper, I actually HATE it, but Cody loves it and I knew that Izybel would enjoy getting to be outdoors all day. So, I took one for the team and we went camping. The day after we got back Hailey and I decided to take Nash and Izybel to the zoo. Then, the weekend after that was the fourth. We went to the Idaho Falls fireworks where my dad had a few rooms and we stayed there overnight. It was a nice day and we had fun walking around and sitting up on our balcony. The weekend after that we had a good ol' Murdoch family Vaca. We just went up to Lagoon and stayed there a couple nights. My dad got an RV and we stayed in it. We had a blast and Izybel really suprised me by liking alot of the rides there. She's a scardy cat so I thought she'd hate them. We rode the meri-go-round(is that how you spell it) like 10+ times. We also went to Lagoona beach which was really fun too. I'm sure that we will do alot more fun things this summer too. I can't believe that it is already half over this year has seemed like it has flown by, and that Izybel will be 2 in October. We've started potty training and timeouts....more to come-

I seriously can't get enough of this little girl. My life wouldn't be the same without little Miss Izybel. I love her SOOOO much. She makes me laugh and smile everyday. She's at the age of really starting to like girly things and I love it. She loves shoes, babies, clothes, makeup, bows, jewlery....and I wouldn't have it any other way.-

We are so glad that it's finally nice and warm outside....We've been waiting for it to warm up so we could get outside to play. Izybel LOVES it outside. That's all she ever wants to do, she would probably live out there if she could. So, when we're home we're always outside, we have to bribe her to get her inside. She's also a HUGE animal lover. We have a three kittens(we had four by Izybel drowned one) and two scottish terriers and she packs them around like they're her babies. We also have horses at our house right now and it scares me to death because Izybel will just walk right out into the pasture to see them. I'm sure that Izybel and I will get quite the tan this summer!!:)

On the Mend-

Last week was one long long week for me....Izybel wasn't feeling well all week. At the begenning of the week I didn't really think anything of her runny nose or cranky attitude. It seems like ever since we've opened the daycare she's had a runny nose and she's always had an attitude. On Monday Hailey took Nash to the Dr. because he wasn't feeling well and he ended up having pneumonia...so this kind have scared me....and Izybel just kept seeming like she was getting worst and worst, and she was already on an antibiotic for a double ear infection. I knew Hailey was going out of town so I decided I just better take her in to get looked at since I wouldn't have time the rest of the week (and the night before she whined all night)
So, on Wednesday morning I took her to the doctor and she was not happy about it. She hates going there being messed with and stuff. They listened to her lungs and said they didn't sound too good and that her ears had gotten worst and they thought she might have RSV. I couldn't beleive it....I wasn't thinking that she would have that...just a bad cold or something. They brought me a machine for breathing treatments to clear out the gunk in her lungs and gave her a big ol' shot! I was near tears with her too.I hate seeing her have to go through that. During her breathing treatement they brought in the RSV test, I was just thinking like a swab of the throat...oh no....They bring in this syringe with a tube hooked on it that they stick clear up her nose, it was awful, but fast, thank goodness. The test came back positive and I knew it was going to be a long few days.
We decided that we better shut down the daycare. Hailey was going out of town, Izybel had RSV...our worker was out of town...and all the kids seemed like they were pretty sick there too, so we let the air clear there for a few days. Izybel and I stayed home those whole four days, not going anywhere. I found out that I could never be a stay at home mom. I was going NUTS! I just needed to get out, but I knew Izybel was very contagious and needed those four days to just stay home and not be near any germs. So, Izybel and I played, cleaned, cooked, and watched movies over and over again. I think that we were both glad to get out of the house today. And she seems like she is doing tons better.

The day I took her to the doctor, you can just tell she looks sick-

riding her pony

This is her 100th time destroying her room....I picked it up over and over again

Looks like she's plotting her next plan of attack

This is Izybel today....I think she was as happy as me to get out of the house

SLC

This weekend we took off and went to Salt Lake. Cody had tickets to go to the Jazz vs Suns game with my family and I needed to get away and go shopping. We left really early on Saturday and Cassie rode up with us. We shopped at the Gateway all day until it was time for them to go to the game. Izybel and I stayed in the hotel room while they all went because I didn't want to wrestle with her all game. The weather was so nice on Saturday and we didn't even have to wear jackets....we were so suprised to wake up on Sunday to the blizzard that was going on and it kind have ruined all our plans so we pretty much just came home on Sunday.

On Saturday when we were walking back to our hotel from the Gateway Cody noticed the back enterance to the Energy Solutions Center where there were only a few people standing there. So of course Cody had to stand there and see what is going on. I guess they let people stand there while the players drive up and most of the players stop and will give you an autograph and stuff. Cody was in heaven with the idea of this. He busted out his jazz shirt he had just bought at the mall and we waited and got a few autographs. I wish he would have never found out about that spot because now I know when he goes to games he will be camping out there. It was kind have neat to see the players in their normal clothes and their nice rides. We got to see Kirlinko, Brewer, Korver, Millsap, Williams and the Coach Jerry Sloan. (I'm sure I spelled half of their names wrong)

The first pic is of Shaq, second one is of Kyle Korver and the rest are us at the Gateway

Spring Fever~

On Saturday it was a really nice day so we let Izybel go outside for awhile and play. She has been dying to go outside and see what it's all about but it's just been too cold. She never really has gotten to go outside since she could walk because of the weather. She loved it out there. The first thing she did was run out to the road and just run up and down it. She was amazed with everything out there and couldn't get enough of it. I told Cody that I'm pretty sure we'll be outside with Izybel all summer long. I turned my back on Izybel for two seconds and she ran right into a mud puddle and got stuck in it. So her day outside was over after that. Every day now she tries to escape out the door to get outside but it's just been too cold again to take her out.-

Izybel is a big girl now!- I finally took her off of her "ba ba" It's been a hard few days with her off of it, and she still cries for it but she's getting a little too old to be carrying her bottle around with her. Everytime I give it to her she throws it at me and has a lil' tantrum...but then eventually she will give in and drink her sippy. Hopefully this doesn't go on for too many more days or I just might go crazy.

Happy St. Patricks Day!-

Lil' DIVA-

So Izybel has been pretty bad lately thinking that she gets whatever she wants. She's pretty smart too! If there's something she knows she can't have she will act all nice and give kisses and slowly grab or make her way to that thing. Or her other way of getting something is to just throw a fit. There is nothing more humiliating than your kid freaking out over something in a store and everyone starring at you like what are you going to do. I try not to give into her, but sometimes it's hard and it's just easier to give it to her and spare the embarrassment. Cody says I spoil her too much, but whatever, she threw a fit the other day to get a doll at Wal Mart and he bought it for her! She has this look she does now and if you make her mad or do something she didn't like she will just give you this nasty little look. We all laugh every time she does it.

This picture is pretty funny. When we were in Boise shopping Hailey had shown Izybel this purse and she loved it! My dad was the one pushing her in her stroller and he told Hailey to take it away from her so they could leave the store. Hailey told him that she wasn't going to take it from her and make her mad. Well, why they were talking about this Izybel was still examining the purse and she grabbed the price tag, looked at it and looked right up at my dad and said "Grandpa?" So, as you can see he bought her the purse and she got a cute pair of glasses to go with it too.

I took this one of her yesterday......She looks cute right?!

Well, right after that one she told me "NO NO" and gave me this look.

State Basketball~

Last week my family and I went to go watch Cass play basketball in Boise. It was so much of fun! It was so nice to just get away for a few days and forget about everything. My Nana and I left Wednesday afternoon and got to Boise around nine. I was so worried how Izybel would do in the car, four hours is a LONG ride. She fell asleep until about Twin Falls and than the water works started....I was so glad that we were able to stop there and let her out and run around for awhile, after we got back in the car she fell back asleep and woke up about ten minutes from Boise screaming again....so needless to say it was a success getting up there but I'm glad we don't travel often, it's so frustrating driving with a screaming baby. When we got there that night Cass came to say Hi (we thought)....but really she just wanted to use our bathroom!

This is Izybel after we arrived...She looks a little worn out!

The next day Cass played at one so we pretty much just woke up got ready and went to Cass game...Izybel and Nash have really cute sweaters supporting their auntie Cass, and my mom made Izybel a cute bow to match her shirt...they looked so cute!

Too Cute!

Cass getting ready to go play

I even took a pic of her name on the bus!- Can you tell we were proud of Cass?!

Izybel in her cute new bow outside of our hotel

Izybel cheering on Cass in their game

They won their first game against Fruitland, after their game we went to my Uncle Buck's house and hung out with them....We hardly get to see them so it was nice going over there. Cass didn't play until six the next day so we had all day to shop. That was quite an adventure taking Izybel and Nash there. Izybel was awful the whole time pretty much....she doesn't like to ride in her stroller....good thing my dad and julie were there to help me out holding her or pushing the stroller, and I've found out that even if Izybel won't ride in the stroller it's nice to just throw all your shopping bags in it:)

Izybel in her new cute purple outfit for the game

Hailey and Nash eating lunch

Izybel and Grandmama(that's what Izybel calls her)eating lunch at the mall

Cass ended up losing their game that night, but they played the team that took state.
So They played for third place the next day!

Nash and Izybel getting ready to leave for Cass last game(thank goodness)
Cass team ended up winning and taking third place! We were all so happy for them. They're a really young team so all the girls, minus one girl, will be back for next year!

all I can say is you rock beotch!~

Even though I had fun in Boise I was so glad to be going home, and I think Izybel was too. We were so worn out from going going going! Izybel slept the WHOLE ride home.

P.S. note to self....never travel with Hailey ever again!~
