On Saturday my Dad, Julie and all my sisters and I went down to Salt Lake. We had a blast. We all went and ate at Benihana than took a carriage ride around the town and it was freezing. Than we all went back to the hotel and swam. The next morning we all ordered room service breakfast and than we were off the the mall. We did a little bit of shopping and than we headed home. It was a really short trip but it was nice to get away.

Christmas!
This year we has a really good Christmas. We were almost snowed in Christmas day, but we managed to get out and visit family. On Christmas Eve we went to my mom's house. Izybel got a doll from her and everything else a doll should have to go with it, she LOVES her new baby and carries it around everywhere. On Christmas day Cody's family came over and cooked lunch at our house because their power was out. Than after they left we went to my parents. My parents got Izybel the fur real dog and she thinks its a real dog. It's even bigger than she is. Overall we all enjoyed the holiday, but are sad that it's already come and gone. Izybel really enjoyed seeing family and getting to play with all of her cousins.
After all the presents were open and Izybel got SO much her favorite thing was Dora, and it wasn't even hers.

Since I'm new to this whole blog thing I decided to blog about the light of our lives, Izybel. She's such a funny little girl and I can't believe how much time flies when you have a kid. Sometimes I can't believe she's one, I feel like I just had her. It amazes me how she has grown into her own little personality. She makes us smile every single day, and we enjoy every minute of her. I don't remember what life was without her.
This is Izybel a few days old.
Izybel with Dad, and Izybel with Mom.
These are the most recent pictures of Izybel. I swear she growns and learns new things everyday. Her two favorite words are "Happy Birthday" and " No No." She has quite the vocabulary for a one year old and loves to copy people. Since she was tiny she has LOVED animals. She's a very friendly girl too. She would rather be held by a stranger than Cody an me. We love her very much and cherish every minute with her.
